What is Maison Brodery?

Maison Brodery is a French creative studio based in Versailles, specializing in custom-embroidered garments.
Whether it is a classic tee or a vintage piece, each item is processed individually in our atelier with premium-grade stitching for a unique, artistic finish.

ARE YOUR EMBROIDERED GARMENTS HANDMADE?

Yes. Every garment is individually embroidered in our workshop. We use professional embroidery machines guided by our artisans to ensure precision and durability, making each product truly unique.

SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship to a select list of countries to ensure the best tracking and delivery experience.

Europe:
France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

International:
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, United Arab Emirates.

If your country is not on this list, we unfortunately cannot ship to you at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?

Because every garment is embroidered to order in our Versailles atelier, please allow 4-6 business days for production before shipping.

Once your unique piece is ready and dispatched, here are the estimated delivery times:

  • France: 4–5 business days.
  • European Union & UK: 6–8 business days.
  • USA, Canada & UAE: 8–10 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–12 business days.

Note: You will receive a tracking number as soon as production is finished.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All orders are dispatched directly from our Versailles workshop.

We primarily use DHL for domestic and international shipments.

  • France: Delivered by Colissimo.
  • International: The parcel is handed over to your country's national postal service for final delivery (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Australia Post, etc.).
Where is my order?

Every time we ship an order you receive an email with the tracking number and link.

You can look for it and check the status of the shipment here.

If It's not moving or has an unusual status, please contact contact@maisonbrodery.com and we will be happy to help you.

ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and some other local payment systems.

Can I cancel an order?

When you place an order, our warehouse gets notified and starts the picking process.

We are able to accept cancellations.

If you have bought by accident, please go to our Returns & Exchanges Page and follow the steps.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

When you place an order our system always sends a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam/promotions inbox.

RETURNS & REFUND

What is our return policy?

We accept returns within 14 business days after delivery.

The garment must be new, unworn, unwashed, with the embroidery untouched, all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Used or altered items are not eligible.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

If confirmed, we provide a free prepaid return label and send a replacement or refund.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

Maison Brodery pays if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customer pays for size errors, change of mind, or any non-defect reason.

How do I request a return?

Email contact@maisonbrodery.com with:

– Full name

– Order number

– Reason for return

– Photos (if defective/damaged)

You’ll receive:

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) + full instructions.

Where do I send my return?

Only after approval, send to:

Unauthorized returns are not processed.

Do you offer exchanges?

No.

For a new size/model:

  1. Return your item
  2. Place a new order

This ensures faster stock handling.

Do you accept international returns?

Yes.

Return shipping costs vary by country.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Your bank may need up to 5 extra days to update your balance.
